Obama Barack has been democratically elected President of the US.
Quite an about face for the best democracy money can buy, in view of the Bush presidential se-lection.
But of course, corruption, collusion and nepotism is the sole monopoly of the Third World – or so the deluded denizens of the West repeat to themselves as they hug their knees, rocking back and forth – reminding themselves of how they uphold human rights equally across the board, entirely devoid of double-standards and totally oblivious to race, creed or religion.
Barrak Hussein Obama II was born to a white American Ann Dunham and Kenyan Barrak Hussein Obama Snr, in Nyang’oma Kogelo now in Kenya.

Ann Dunham married in 1967 Lolo Soetoro, a Javanese, whose own father, in 1946 was killed along with his eldest brother were killed, after which the Dutch army burned down the family’s home. Soetoro fled with his mother into the countryside to survive. Incidentally yet more proof of Dutch war crimes – delibrate destruction of civilian property outside the scope of battle.
Pak Lolo Soetoro was an army geologist then later a government relations consultant for Mobil Oil. Obama describes Soetoro as well-mannered, even-tempered, and easy with people.

From age 6 to 10, Obama lived in Jakarta. Age six, Obama attended the Catholic Primary St Francis di Assisi. Much was made of the lie he was educated in a Madrassa – or more accurately a pesantren – this of course was totally untrue. Obama Jnr later attended Model Primary School, Menteng and was registered as a Muslim – as his father was Muslim.
In the Muslim school, the teacher wrote to tell my mother that I made faces during Koranic studies. My mother wasn’t overly concerned. ‘Be respectful,’ she’d say. In the Catholic school, when it came time to pray, I would close my eyes, then peek around the room. Nothing happened. No angels descended. Just a parched old nun and 30 brown children, muttering words.
One of “Berry’s” childhood friends was Adi who often visited “Berry’s” 16 Jalan Haji Ramli house. Speaking volumes of Dutch “development” at the time the road was of this established middle-class neighbourhood was a dirt lane where Obama used to wile away the hours kicking a soccer ball.
Adi recalled Obama and his friends wore plastic bags over their shoes to walk through the muddy street during the rainy seasons.
Neighborhood Muslims worshiped in a nearby house, which has since been replaced by a larger mosque. Sometimes, when the muezzin sounded the call to prayer, Lolo and Barry would walk to the makeshift mosque together, Adi said.
His mother often went to the church, but Barry was Muslim. He went to the mosque,” Adi said. “I remember him wearing a sarong.”
Obama spent most his spare time hanging out with Adi and other friends at the home of Yunaldi Askiar, a classmate. They used to play a kind of fencing game using sticks, kick a ball up and down the narrow dirt lanes or go swimming in the river behind the school, said Askiar, 42, a car mechanic.
Obama was taller and better dressed than most kids in classes where shoes and socks were still luxuries, so he stood out from the start. As an African American, and the only foreigner, he suffered racial taunts and teasing but never turned to violence.
“At first, everybody felt it was weird to have him here,” Israella Dharmawan, his first grade teacher said. “But also they were curious about him, so wherever he went, the kids were following him.”
His friends enjoyed playing tricks on Berry: Harmon ASki recalled,
“Sometimes we’d say, ‘Barry, do you want a chocolate?’ And we’d give him a chocolate. The next day we’d give him a chocolate again. The third time we’d give him terasi (fermented shrimp paste) wrapped up like chocolate. Obama didn’t get mad. He would laugh it off.”
Ann Soetoro moved to Yogyakarta, while Obama Jnr studied in Jakarta. She was inspired by Jogja village industries, which became the basis of her 1992 doctoral dissertation.
“She loved living in Java,” said Dr. Dewey, who recalled accompanying Ms. Soetoro to a metalworking village. “People said: ‘Hi! How are you?’ She said: ‘How’s your wife? Did your daughter have the baby?’ They were friends. Then she’d whip out her notebook and she’d say: ‘How many of you have electricity? Are you having trouble getting iron?’ ”
Dunham-Soetoro became a consultant for the United States Agency for International Development on setting up a village credit program, then a Ford Foundation program officer in Jakarta specializing in women’s work. Later, she was a consultant in Pakistan, then joined Indonesia’s oldest bank to work on what is described as the world’s largest sustainable microfinance program, creating services like credit and savings for the poor.

In his tellingly-titled Memoir, Dreams from My Father, Obama describes his Indonesian interlude as “one long adventure, the bounty of a young boy’s life”. But he also recalls being troubled by the poverty around him: “the empty look on the faces of farmers the year the rains never came,” and the desperation of the disabled beggars who came to the family’s door.
“The world was violent, I was learning, unpredictable and often cruel,” he writes. Obama and his mother thus we were very well acquainted with the harsh realities of indigenous Indonesians.
Fermina Katarina Sinaga, recalled yojhng Obama in her class: in the common task of class to write an essay titled “My dream: What I want to be in the future.” Obama “wrote ‘I want to be a president,’ ” she said. During a later writing assignment on family, he wrote, “My father is my idol.
The Indonesian connection for Obama and all that shaped him proving once again all things Javanese and indigenous Indonesian the bedrock for the towering monuments built on the foundations of a great civilisation.

The bottom line is this:
He was born with divided loyalties and isn’t a natural born citizen. It doesn’t matter where he was born.
If he was born in Hawaii, he was born a US citizen and a citizen of the UK (see British Nationality Act 1948 for details).
If he was born in Kenya, his mother wasn’t old enough to pass her US citizenship onto him at birth.
If a naturalized citizen (Arnold) cannot serve as President because of past allegiance with a foreign nation, neither can Barack Obama. He was born with allegiance to a foreign nation (regardless of where he was born) and, therefore, is not a natural born citizen. PERIOD.
You could say that the act of naturalization ‘forgives’ past allegiance, but it doesn’t ‘forget’ past allegiance. That is why a naturalized citizen cannot serve as President.
Upon birth, Barack Obama Jr. was subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom via his father. He is not a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

It is not a fair and Democratic process if ANY of the Candidates are not Constitutionally qualified for the position they seek. Ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking it.
Obama has not won the election. He won the popular vote. There is a difference.
One does not become President-Elect until one receives 270 electoral votes on December 15th.
All Barack Obama has done is won the popular vote. He is Prom King right now.
Also, please note that there are no Federal or Constitutional LAWS that requires electors to vote according to the popular vote. Some states try to impose a fine to ‘faithless electors’ but it’s minimal.
It is not unfair to ask someone that is interviewing for the most important job in the world to provide some credentials.
As of this date Barack Obama hasn’t even shown us his resume.
He has had EVERY record sealed. He has not released his Occidental, Columbia, or Harvard school records, he has not released his medical records, he has not released an ORIGINAL LONG FORM birth certificate, he has not released his passports or anything related to his multiple citizenships.
Instead, he has had all of this information SEALED. If the shoe was on the other foot and this was a Republican, there would be OUTRAGE. This would be completely unacceptable if it were anyone other than Barack Obama. Let’s not kid ourselves.
Interestingly enough, when he was running for Senate, he was eager to have his opponent’s divorce records UNSEALED, against his (and her) wishes. This information was made public and the press had a field day. He had his other opponent removed for a technicality. So, he ran uncontested. Because he made sure that no one else could run against him. That is because his ego is so fragile that he will go to ANY length to win.
Obama is all for transparency. Just not when it comes to HIS campaign. Everyone else is fair game and shall be destroyed.
That doesn’t make your ears perk up at all? That doesn’t make you say, “hmm, now why would someone that is interviewing for the most important job in the world want to hide all of this information? If he was such a whiz at Columbia and Harvard, wouldn’t he WANT everyone to know it? Or is it that he wants to spare us from feeling inferior because he got awesome grades? No other candidate in history has done this.
Tell you what, next time you go on an interview, just tell the Manager to take your word for it. Forget about bringing your resume. Save a tree and don’t waste any paper. He doesn’t need to check your references or verify your credentials. You can just pinkie swear that you have the company’s best interest in mind. What else should he need?
If Obama can do it, so can you! How is that for hope and change! The Audacity!
It is dumbfounding that people are just willing to just take his word for it. Yeah, just take the word of a POLITICIAN and a LAWYER. They are usually super honest, aren’t they? Oh, but wait, he’s not your typical Politician or Lawyer, right? He gon’ bring change to America. Yeah, he’s gonna bring change alright. I’m not so sure we’ll be recognizable after he’s done.

The news doesn’t report info and allow the public to decide. They decide the news for the public.
Funny, most people are all up in the drama of Spears and Lindsey Lohan. They can’t know enough about these too. Yet, when it comes to Barack Obama, they don’t want to know anything.
They plug their ears and say, “la la la la la la … I’m not listening … la la la la”

As someone who can remember even JFK presidency- Ford and Carter were not so bad- Reagan well perhaps it started there.

Birthplace aside, even if he WAS born in Hawaii, which all evidence points contrarily, he still is not eligible to be PotUSA. His father was a British subject (Kenyan)… dual nationality conferred upon the offspring. His mother, under law, was one year shy of being eligible to confer HER citizenship status on her son – complicated, I know. But, the final element is that even IF he was born in Hawaii in 1961, he STILL does not meet the Constitutional requirement for Citizenship status and no one BUT a US citizen, as defined by The Constitution of the United States of America, can hold the office of PotUSA. It should be easy to determine when Barry Soetoro started to use his birth name Barrack Obama, instead of his new & legal adoptive name. Which name was used when he went to school in Hawaii? Which name did he use going to college? Which name did he use when he became a lawyer?
This does matter because if he never legally changed his name back to Barrack Obama, he ran for & won the highest office in the land with an aliais. I find this ludicrous!

He may have refused to release the records but how can he shut up all the people that attended the schools he went to? It should be very easy with a few interviews for any investigator to find out when he pulled the name switch. From there it may be easy to determine if he did it legally. Why couldn’t Joe the plumer have asked a simple & direct question such as, what is you legal name? If he never had the name changed legally, it could be his way of telling his Muslim extremist brotherhood, yes we can! I just pulled the wool over the eyes of 300 million stupid & gulible Americans!!!! As Bush would say: Mission Accomplished!!!!! Boy those Americans are stupid. Think after the final victory the Muslims will have a version of Hogan’s Hero’s where we are made to look as stupid as they made the Germans look? They replied with the usual rhetoric..President Elect Obama has produced a valid BC which Hawaii authenticated. Bull! There IS a conspiracy and a cover-up. For some reason our govt. officials will look the other way while a usurper takes the office of president. I believe they all KNOW he is not a legal citizen. Gov. What an interesting debate.
I had no idea how controversial he was/is.
But on Strike 3 above:

Ann Dunham indeed moved to Indonesia- but there is no evidence she took up citizenship- she was merely a VISA KITAS class foreign resident.
And fully lawful marriage is allowed between citizen and non citizen.
