Krisdayanti & Playboy
Jul 20th, 2006, in News, by PatungThe legal manouverings of the Islamic Defenders Front become even more bizarre as famous singer Krisdayanti is reported to the police for appearing in an advertisment in the third edition of Playboy.
Krisdayanti’s person appeared in the magazine in the form of an advertisement for Bonia watches, on page 5. She, along with various companies that had placed adverts in the magazine, were reported to the police yesterday by members of the Front Pembela Islam under article 169 of the criminal code dealing with involvement in criminal activities.

Reports have it that Krisdayanti’s husband, Anang, when told about the news, was unconcerned:
Just relax, don’t need to make a big deal of it.
(Ya santai aja. Nggak perlu dibesar-besarkan.)
Previously, on 19th July, the pop group ‘Samsons’ were also reported to the police by the FPI, because the group had placed an ad in Playboy.

There are many kinds of Moslem around the world nowadays. Indonesia is worst with its ethnic group and various religious variational belief. Whether KD did is purposely or just concident which other took opportunity to conclude what she did was absolutely unclear. No one in this world could read other intention/mind nor forecast what lies ahead of an individual.I felt sad to find the Front Pembela Islam organisation stands among one of these jerky organisation. ISLAM is neither religion nor cult… but it is a WAY OF LIFE as thought by God Al-Mighty ALLAH SWT through the holy prophet Rasullah SAW. One can only guide others within his/her willingness but should not be forced into unwilling situations for commitment to the wish of ALLAH SWT. The side effect can be worst or better .. which one can never know. If KD had done something misleading, prompt an advise on to her discreetly not publicly because ISLAM do not like the ‘aib’ of a Moslem to be publicly known nor worst take an opportunity to to present and opposing constitutional stand… in short taking her issue publicly to gain support from other.
Wake-up ‘Front Pembela Islam’, you are as good as a dead dinasour trying to live via DNA engineering in the 21st Century… there are more many serious Islamic interventions which you should go for which are more threatening and more serious to the Islamic world. Don’t look into your own colony, LOOK at the world… hear the cry of the victims of Jews causes.. can you confront those..??
The ‘Syahid’ values better in such confrontation.If you want to do things based on ISLAM, this is not the way, think deeply and a devine Moslem would think through 7 reasoning layers (since there are 7 parts to form the brain) before an action is taken.. I bet this is is just one layer with high desire for image building… if so, DON’T use the word ISLAM… it makes me feel ashame to be a Moslem as well as others too.
Artist are definitely artist and they too longed to be blessed by ALLAH SWT for their good deeds & intention. But if there are other ways and within their capabilities to reach ALLAH SWT, I deeply believe they will take that path.. not through entertainment.
Have more thoughts to think about than more thought about thinking.
I am reminding myself too to remind you what ISLAM practises and care for its followers.Peace be un to you.
