Teacher Sexual Assaults

In late August 2008 in Sumenep, Madura, East Java, a teacher of religion at a state primary school, Busairi, 51 years old, was arrested on charges he sexually assaulted up to eleven of his female students.
Busairi became suspected after one of his students, an eight year old girl, complained of pains in her private parts. Eventually this girl was coaxed by her parents into explaining that her teacher had on a number of occasions inserted his fingers there, at the school toilets.
Other girls then came forward to complain of the same abuse and local people then converged on Busairi’s home and attempted to administer some rough justice, but police arrived and Busairi was taken into custody. detik

In the same province, this time in Surabaya, the trial of the founder of the Yayasan Ya Ibad Islamic school, Kyai As’ad Syukur Fauzanni, is ongoing. Kyai As’ad Syukur Fauzanni was arrested in May 2008 on accusations of having sexually assaulted 17 female students at the school, aged between 8 and 16.
On September 4th family members of some of the victims demonstrated outside the courthouse where the trial is being held, complaining that on three occasions As’ad Syukur Fauzanni had failed to appear in court, because he was unwell. As’ad Syukur Fauzanni suffers from diabetes.
One of the demonstrators, Rolimah, said her eleven year old niece Mawar had had her chest rubbed by Asad, and she hoped he would be punished as severely as possible.
It is said that As’ad Syukur Fauzanni began assaulting students in early 2008, by kissing them or rubbing their breasts, as some sort of treatment for his diabetes induced impotence. It is claimed that he even “French” kissed students in front of other teachers at the school. Afterwards students were sometimes taken to his room, but without sexual intercourse occurring.
As’ad Syukur Fauzanni however still has some friends and supporters. Another, opposing, group of demonstrators engaged in a shouting match outside the courthouse, accusing the first group of making up evil lies about Asad.
The cleric’s lawyer had said previously that because his client was impotent he had no sexual desires anymore, so the charges were unfounded and represented a type of character assassination, by people who had some reason to dislike Asad. I wonder how many cases actually there. Judging from the lack of transparency and honesty, they could be hundreds, even thousands. -

In thailand, young boys attending monkhood are subjected to sexual abuse either by older boys or the monks themselves. This could be the reason why thailand leads the world in transgender operations.
In Malaysia, young men in universities walk funny. Sexual abuse in boarding schools?
Men should not be in charge of young children. Not in schools, medical facilites or anyhwere. Best let women handle the young. Many men are beast in disguise. -

Rarely is there smoke without fire in the East regarding such accusations- it is very rare child sex abuse is used as a tool for slander- as sometimes occurs in the West.

The death penalty is not usually a deterrent in the commission of crimes. However, the brutality of the manner of death you propose here may in fact act as a deterrent to some.
The thing is though that most people do not commit crimes thinking that they are going to get caught and what the consequences might be if they do.

Now I’m horrified that the teachers didn’t stop him or report him to the cops…
But PN, death sentence is definitely overkill here… it should be reserved for more horrendous things like terrorism… So I suggest housing him in a maximum security jail. Given the nature of his crimes his inmates would probably rub well with him.

@ Enigmatic- most phadophiles are placed in a secure area or isolation section away from the prison community for their own safety & go through an ‘integration programme’ into prison community – as even harden criminals find these sexual perverts abhorrent….

I don’t know is it true for Busairi’s case, but I’M PRETTY SURE enough that KH.As’ad Syukur Fauzani is innocent. The case in Surabaya is only slander. KH.As’ad is betrayed by his own congregation. And the detractor still hanging around.
Why the detractor betrayed their own chief in YA Ibad? because they’re dissapointed with YA Ibad. That’s all i know. I hope everybody who not knowing the truth, NOT saying anything which made unity of Islam is apart.
