Two romancing university students, a boy, Nuriadin bin Ismail (22), and a girl, Devita Citra Putri binti Ismail (21), were caught together in a boarding house room on 6th February 2007, subject to a citizens’ arrest by local people, and then handed over to the religious police, Wilayatul Hisbah, and they were then charged with unlawful proximity between an unmarried male and female.
They were later tried and found guilty of violating article 22 of Qanun (sharia law) No.14/2003 concerning sexual crimes.
On 20th April 2007 the two young people were each given four strokes of a rattan cane in the grounds of the Tungkop mosque in the Darussalam district of Aceh Besar regency, after Friday afternoon prayers had been performed. Devita cried as she was caned while the crowd cheered as each stroke landed on her back.

You said earlier that God said
1) The adultery is strongly prohibited because it is clearly violated other people dignity.
2) If you already committed adultery keep it as your secret and ask forgiveness and don’t repeat again.
3) Don’t accuse anyone of committing the adultery unless you’re able to bring 4 credible men as your witnesses, once you failed to do so, you will be subject to caning and your witnesses won’t be accepted until you died.
4) Don’t spy on other people house.
5) Caning shall be carried out on the public display for anyone who deliberately disclosed and exhibited their adultery in public display.I have some questions for you based on the above;
The young couple were charged with “unlawful proximity between an unmarried male and female” Where is this stipulated as a crime by Allah in Al Quran?
Who’s dignity has been violated here?
If Adultery which is as you say a serious crime is forgivable by Allah, if it is kept secret, why were this couple publicly flogged for being in close proximity?
Was anybody charged with spying on the couple?
Was their close proximity as serious as a public dislplay of adultery?
Where were the credible witnesses? Were they part of the uncivilised mob who were enjoying the public display of humiliation?
Whilst I respect your defence of Islam, it seems to me that you don’t really understand Islam. Why have you never publicly condemned these people (Wilayatul Hisbah) and the public mob involved, who are obviously not following true Islamic values?

The original article was not about adultery, it was about “unlawful proximity between an unmarried male and female” . no suggestion of adultery, or rape, or even sex.
I will ask again, where does Allah say that an unmarried couple cannot be alone together in a relationship? And just what the hell is “unlawful proximity between an unmarried male and female”? Is it just another one of those very vague phrases that the supporters of Hadith spew out, and has no real defining meaning?Once again as your like minded brothers and sisters have a habit of doing, you have avoided answering the core of the questions asked of you, you have tried to divert attention away from you inability to answer, is that because you don’t want to face the truth, or you just don’t have any answers which can stand up to reasoned thought?
What is your understanding of Gods’s Law, Cuk? What do you understand Sharia to actually mean? I am not asking you for some vague principles, but actual factual laws, do you have any?

Please do not put yourself forward as a supporter of some Mythical Principle called Sharia Law, when Sharia Law has never, ever, in recorded history been seen to be anything other than some corruption of Allahs Guiding Light.
Islam is not about Sharia, it is about submitting yourself to Gods Will, how do you do that? by believing in God, believing in the Day of Judgement and doing good deeds!

Cuk, instead of flying, all you have to do is WAKE UP, our daughters and sisters are suffering in the gulf. They are wondering why it took us so long to get them back. Should we tell them we are trying our best or tell them your winged horse is caught in the barb wire? It was clear that the roots of all our problems caused by the outbreak corruption which is deeply and broadly spreaded in our government and society. If we really serious want to bring back our sister back here, the action belows must be taken ASAP:
1) Get out from WTO anf Cancel every free trade deal with other country.
2) Hold any debts payment to IMF and World’s Bank until economic Indonesia in better shape.
3) Put very high tariff for Import stuff that we can fabricate and produced it in here
4) Stop import foods if necessary we eat singkong no problems.
5) All managerial position must be Indonesia citizens, if Arab and malaysia can do this why we couldn’t.
6) Don’t worry about our stuff export because the buyer will come by theirself.
7) Flipp down Java Island to sea so that new and better generation could replace us.Regard,
