Hi all. Recently our company decided to set up a kindergarten/preschool  in jakarta, and i tried contacting the embassy here so i can ask questions, and tried searching online, but i can't seem to get the  procedures with regards to setting up a business there.

All i got was that i needed to get an approval letter from the Ministry of Education in Indonesia, and talk to some guy that was supposed to help me with applications. Anyone knows the procedures /steps needed? Plus, the official sites are in Bahasa Indonesian, so i can't understand a thing!

Also what are the  issues when it comes to hiring someone there? A friend of mine said  that it is nearly impossible to fire someone (if they are really bad  workers) so, i wanted to find out what the laws are with regards to  hiring people. What protects them, and what are the human resource  policies? HELP HELP HELP please. My boss has basically left me on my own to figure things out.
