Regarding the invitation letter which i received the invitation letter from my mother in-law in German and there's something wrong on writing my name this morning.

my question is:

1. can they make correction of my name on the invitation letter which already done
2. is it OK at embassy when apply the visa if apply ???
3. or should i make the new one

I'd recommend getting a new one, that slight wait and detour could save you a lot of frustration.
