I've never taken much notice of facebook until recently – slow to catch on to things – but just put a 'fan' widget on the bottom of the home page and I keep looking at it and clicking the photos of the pretty girls, they're all so damn cute….

I am actually also interested in talking to someone called Irmalily who is on the Meet@Indonesian Friends page here but of course I don’t really want to spend $100 to send emails. 
I can understand, but it's only about 8 bucks a month, I get a fraction of that, and it's not $89 a month which is what it costs to keep this thing online. Not complainin just sayin. Websites don't grow on trees and all that.
Back to the topic, the first girl on the list above is such a show off, she changed her profile pic. Maybe you could look her up. You'll have to convert though, girls like that know their pulling power.

Yes you are right it is not a lot I suppose, just have to work out how to do it. I don't want to use credit card.

Yes, very nice but remember I am actually 52 in March so looking for someone a little closer to my age that does not intend to have children as I have had 'the operation'! haha

$89 a month? Assuming that's Autralian currency, it's about 55 euro a month.
If you run a regular VPS in Europe you pay about 20 euro a month for 3Gb traffic per month.
Are all servers down under so expensive?

BS, it's US$, american managed vps, 3gb traffic is teeny tiny, I'd use that in one day! Maybe you mean disk space or ram. It's not traffic that's the issue, it's RAM, I need at least 1.5gb, so I have 3gb, doubt you'll get that for 20 euros managed, not with a 'reputable' company. I don't want to deal with cheapo places run by individuals. I once considered moving hosting to singapore but tends to be even more expensive there.

More than 3Gb traffic and 1,5g RAM? You must be running heavy|loads of stuff then. But given those specs, you're right, reasonable price. In mainland Europe there are some strategic places close to IX's were the've build really large datacentres. Often quite cheap and good. But I guess the same is available in the states.
Please don't move to Singapore, my access time would definately slow down ;-)

So ladies, did I use 'imut' wrong? It's only for little kids? Damn.
BS, I checked, I use about 100gb traffic a month, which isn't much really. The memory thing, it's probably partly because of the top blogs list, lots of the sites on that list have a widget like this on their sidebars
So I'm carrying a bit of their load, very little in transfer terms, the image is only 3kb and it's cached every 3 hours I think, but it creates A LOT of http connections, and added altogether they put a strain on memory. I'm guessing.
