    Hello Farah,

Thanks for ur answer and i hope indeed that, if she is cut it is not like they do in egypt, but how can i know before i marry her that she is circumcised. Is it inproper to ask her about it? Is it possible that she don’t know that she is circumcised?
I know ofcourse that after we are married i can look for myself. And suppose she is circumcised, will this have an effect on her sexual feelings?
By male circumcision it is a fact that it has influence on the sensibillity of the male organ. Circumcised male has less feelings than uncut male. That i did read on the intersites from the usa like noharm.com and a lot of other sites.
Anyway I am not against circumcision at all. But i am not happy to read that it is bad habit for people (male and female) on the internet.
    Many greetings
    Bob

    @ Bob

Is it inproper to ask her about it? Is it possible that she don’t know that she is circumcised?

I think, these days .. if you’re a fiance i wont mind you ask. As people say here, don’t buy a cat in a sack. You could ask her, but of course don’t urge her for answer, for me it would be scary if my fiance urge me.. cause it sound like he married me to made me as a sex slave (okay.. hehe too dramatic i know..), just slowly, with joke, or ..i think you know the way.
And.. she would know if she circumcise ? maybe shes not.. in some culture here, like in Sumatra we do it while we’re few days old. But in some culture like people from sulawesi, they did that when the girl age is about 6-8 y/o, as my friend explain to me. She might know, and she might not know, but let her find it out by her self.

And suppose she is circumcised, will this have an effect on her sexual feelings?

If she is circumcise the same way that me and my other friends are, that wont be a problem. But if she is circumcised the way egyptian do, well.. i magine a man without a penis.. (ouch!). Avarage woman could “warming up” 3 to 15 min, without the clit.. only God know how long we could go “there” :P
Actually i prefer circumcised guy. Its not a form of emasculating man, i never see it that way. But i see it from health, at least i had less chance to get cervic cancer, and its much cleaner without the “hut”. Also said man that had circumcised had less chance too for prostate cancer.
I ever read this site, its in Indonesia language, i’ll give you the site as soon as i remember where.. i think its a website for a bride. They were discuss the circumcised and un-circumcised guys. And from the discussion, those woman prefer man that circumcised, as i think i could quote one of them said, “sex with un-circumcised guy is good, but sex with circumcised guy is a blast !”. But also some say that would be no different.
But of course… its back to favor again.. some like vanilla, some like chocolate ;)

And where is the scientific proof of that? I mean, the Captain is a stickler for hygene, wipes his bell end on the curtains before he goes to bed, can be cleaner than that.

I’m of the opinion that if Allah provided the parts, the we shouldn’t go lopping them off willy-nilly.

    @ Laideron
I am asking the question because of there’s some religion do see circumcision as a command, a must thing to do. Like in Islam and in Jewish.
I had a catholic friend from South Sumatra, he said he is circumcised and also his brothers. And his father. Because i had these information so i, then assumed all catholic guys are circumcised… and he explain its a part of baptism and being adult christian (??)

..but then now i had wrong thought :D as you explanation ! i do web browse a bit and see what you’re talking about :)

    Thanks Farah,
I did ask her with a shy problem of me to ask but yes indeed she is circumcised. I don’t know how and how much but she is like me, i am absolutly verry much circumcised and i dont mind it at all.
I know that my doctor, then, take lot of skin away from me but like i said i dont or didnt disagree with it. Its how i am. There are also no alternatives. It is like it is. So no problem. Never had and never have any problem about it.
I am realy glad that my little girl is circumcised also like me. We both have something in common. I am verry radical circumcised because there is absolutly no room to move my skin of my penis. But dont think I hate it because it was done so many years ago and i didnt dislike it before. It gives me difficulties when i try to please myself but i alsmost never do that. Realy almost never i did. So no problem at all Sarah.
Thanks for your reaction. I was verry pleased you where that open to me.
    Thanks and thanks again.
God is on your side i hope.

    Farah, Bob,

Circumcision is not commanded in ANY religion. Definetely not in the Quran. I have discussed this in my blog, and there are links to different sites on circumcision.

In my blog, I discussed in length that God has created human in His best design (if you still have to fix it, that means you are saying that God made a mistake that needs to be fixed by human).

Have a look and feel free to give a comment.

    Peace, Parvita

    Dear Friend,

The best way for circumcision is Sunatan Massal — or group circumcision. I ever sing a song about mass circumcision on my ukuele.

..like when he create appendix ? or tonsils ? wich both removed with surgery if having troubles. Hehehe, can’t really think what happed if the same thing does to the penis, having problem, and removed with surgery.

I just think that we heard about hygien problems alot. As guys pee and then not clean it or like wash it like girls did with water. They just do their things, shake it and go. Meanwhile in islam when we pray we should be clean. I think that was more related to the proper hygien.

    Hey Farah,

Just to enlighten you, despite the joke about the “useless piece of skin on the end of a penis” ( a man goes the answer), the foreskin is actually rich with nerve endings and part of the old John Thomas.

The answer to keeping it clean is – wait for it – washing. Imagine the average Vagina if it wasn’t washed.

Actually, on second thoughts, don’t. More yeast than a Vegemite factory.

  13. Farah Farah Says:
    April 11th, 2008 at 12:07 pm

    @Achmad
I thought the “german hat” is the part with lots of nerve, the skin is the coat (thinking of banana peel it and enjoy it). My mistake maybe…

Actually, on second thoughts, don’t. More yeast than a Vegemite factory.

    …yuck…

  14. parvita parvita Says:
    April 11th, 2008 at 1:25 pm

Nope, you chop the foreskin, you chop off 20,000 nerve endings. As for your comment on appendix and tonsils, same as if your foot goes rotten you have to chop it off. But why chop it off if it is ok? I just don’t get it.

I have to start a campaign called, “Keep it Intact”, I guess.

  15. Toar Purnomo Lairedion Says:
    April 11th, 2008 at 2:24 pm

And by cutting away the foreskin the German helmet becomes increasingly insensitive thus affecting your sex life.

Except for medical reasons, circumcision should be discouraged and eradicated. It has no value or benefit whatsoever. Cleaning the private parts is part of the habit to take a shower or bath at least daily (twice daily is better). I know it’s easy to say since I’m blessed with access to proper cleaning facilities.

Meanwhile in islam when we pray we should be clean.

Never understood this one and I never will. Will Allah let you burn in hell when you pray sincerely and with “sepenuh hati” but with mud all over your body?

  16. Farah Farah Says:

    @ Parvita
Wish you good luck on that..

And by cutting away the foreskin the German helmet becomes increasingly insensitive thus affecting your sex life.

I don’t know about the fore skin, but i do ever read my self a book that said that our skin part that not closed by cloth and exposed alot by sun, air, dust etc, will have less of sense (not as sensitive as) the part of body that we always cover/protect.

Never understood this one and I never will. Will Allah let you burn in hell when you pray sincerely and with “sepenuh hati” but with mud all over your body?

hehehe.. let me say this.. if you had chance to meet your boss, or even Mr president of your country, would you dress up in mud all over your body ? if you could dress and clean your self before you do that ?
I am talking about talking to your creator, and its above mr president and your office big boss… so yeah, clean is my choice.

    @Farah,

Your comparison of meeting your boss or a high ranked person with praying to “God” is very laughable.

Did it ever occur to you that millions of poor and homeless Muslims have no access to sanitation and cleaning facilities let alone proper clothing but are still required to pray 5 times a day? I’m no expert on your religion but praying with a clean mind and heart is all that your “Creator” requires. At least that would make sense.

But hey, I don’t believe in the concept of “God/Allah as the Creator” so for me praying is useless. Muslims and Christians are so obsessed with rituals, rules and each other that they forget the big picture of performing good deeds.

A wise man, Gautama Buddha has said the following:

We should therefore “abandon the heresy of worshipping God and of praying to him. We should stops all speculation and vain talk about such matters and practice good so that good may result from our good deeds.

Long ago have I abandoned the Church of Rome and its teaching and concepts…

Decent cloth not always means new, fancy, etc. Just clean clothes. Thats what i’m talking about.
Its the same like if christian went to sunday mass they wear their best clothes (not only clean one).
Yes i know what you’re talking about, few years back, i talk with this old guy that only had 3 decent clothes and all is not so white and have patches in almost places, and he work to clean street. He do dzuhur pray with me. Its all in niaat..our will too. That’s all he had, three lousy shirt and a strong will to pray. If you don’t have any, sure God will forgive thats not the main idea about praying.
People sometimes do forget the main things like the niaat or their will to pray and only think about using their best clothes to show off.

There was a man from Brussels
Six feet tall and full of muscles
I said “do you know where my land is”

Farah, as far as I know, and I’ve seen a few, the clitoris is scraped, scratched with a needle until blood is drawn, it hurts and the babies scream. I haven’t so far seen a bay leaf substitute version though I have seen a betadine substitute version, I’ve done it myself.

Ok the circumcision for girl is almost nothing but why they do it then like that. What is de reason to only give a little scar in it without removing anything. I dont understand a a thing about this habit.
By male a lot of skin is removed that is understandeble. The skin should not go back anymore but the habit by girls to only give a needle pric in the clitoris or a verry small cut in it without cutting some skin I absolutly do not understand.
    Greeting from Bob.
