   Well, our KUHP was actually a translation of Wetboek van Strafrecht voor Nederlandsch Indie enacted by Koninklijk Besluit/King Order on 15 Oktober 1915.

   I mean…who else?

   I am very impressed with the discussion that’s going on here. Many things these days, what we would call human rights violations, go unpunished due to communication gaps. People with isolated lives, not aware of what they can do to speak out to help themselves or others, should be encouraged. I checked out waraskita.net and found it to be an outlet for anybody to “vent out” through a friendly written analysis of things. Good job my fellow countrymen! Keep going strong!
