    Mbak Andrey,

Ignore these people. They are islamophobes. I am with you. The last SIM card is the lastest.

    Salam.

    Assalamualaikum
    Mbak Audrey,

These islamophobes ganging on us are just noisy farts.

The real threat to Islam is when kuffars all over the world convert enmasse to Islam, calling themselves moslems, but instead of performing islamic rituals like the daily 5-time prayers or bow toward Mecca, they go to temples and pray to Tua Pek Kong.

    Wasalam.

I think “Allah Peduli” is not a new song…

It was sang by Nikita long time ago. It is christian religious song, lagu rohani.
Indonesian christians mention the “Father” as “Allah Bapa”.

Don’t mean to defend anyone.. I am just neutral…

If Malaysia Government banned this song… hmmmm… sudah basi kaleee
as it is an old song… hehehe

JOHOVAH, YAWEH, ALLAH, GOD, TUHAN or whatever is only words. The supreme cannot be claim by you, me or anyone. The supreme is not yours or mine. Jehovah, Yahweh or Allah don’t belong to anybody. You and everyone belong to him except me. I am The Supreme messenger. So stop claiming your right to it, you all his creation out there. The world for you all will end at 23-12-2012 so start praying instead of claiming Allah belong to you especially Malaysian Muslim. Even to say the word ALLAH is yours is a sin. Because you are his slave so it should be you belong to him. (hamba mu) not (Tuhan ku). The word your god means belonging to you. That is a claim of ownership in that word. My car, my house but never say my god. The supreme will destroy all at the end anyway. Imam Mehdi is here so Isa (Jesus) will be here soon. The sun has rise in the west and the eastern star is shining bright. Agnes Monica will sing her song of love. We will face the end of time together. Bless is the child with the miracle voice. Long live the universe.

only the newest one of those 3 sim cards will be working, because the other two is already expired.

    @ andrey

In fact there are lots of much more recent SIM cards on the market:

The Sikh SIM card, the Bahai SIM card, the Mormon, Jehovah’s Witness and Christian Science SIM Cards, the Moonie and Cao Dai SIM cards, for example.

Using your logic, we should all be Scientologists.

Ah .. my dear Mr Tic Tac Toe & diego,
My brothers-in-arm who has yet to convert to Javanese Islam.

Re the article above, there is no isult. It is the truth.

Being Javanese moslem means you live harmoniously with your fellow humans as well as jins (and UFO aliens). A Javanese moslem is of the view that all gods are of equal status and live like neighbours, however our Javanese Gods are more equal than the rest.

    The same with balinese hindu.

We give a piece of cooked rice to the bhutakala, every morning, to get along with them.

I don’t know about aliens, though.

Any other balinese here who’d like to share an insight on balinese UFO culture?

    yes Denmas Aluang… I am back… :-)

I was very busy with Sunset Policy, and then Annual Tax Report, and some tax and customs investigation and audit cases…. pheewww… almost have no time to take good rest recently… :-(

    btw : this matter is ridiculous… :-D

No one complained when Nikita sang this song many years ago… but, why did they complain it when Agnes sang it? Is it just because the singer is Agnes? Don’t they know that Agnes is a Christian? and she was singing a christian religious song?

And I think every Indonesian have already known that all Indonesian christian’s lagu rohani mention the “Father” as “Allah Bapa” or just “Allah”. Not only in their songs, but also in their Al-Kitab. They’ve used the word “Allah” in their Al-Kitab since 1930’s or maybe many years before…

So, if Malaysian or anyone who have any objection about the word “Allah” they used, so please send their objection to PGI (Persatuan Gereja Indonesia) or Yayasan Al-Kitab…

    Just simple… :-)

Dont taunt them. They might do that.

And PGI wasnt known for their stubbornness. If somebody insists, they might change it.

    DumadiSatrio,

Many Five Percenters are brilliant hip hop artists, that’s why I became interested. I once met the RZA from Wu-tang Clan backstage after a gig in Amsterdam. Back then he was deep into Five Percent ideology. Didn’t understand a word from it but it sounded cool in combination with martial arts imagery and sound bites.

“YES” for Indonesian… but maybe “NO” for Malaysian…

Anyway, toleransi beragama in Indonesia was much better than in Malaysia and it was made our nation bigger.
That’s why they got jealous and worry, so they sent terorist like Dr. Azahari to destroy our unity… :(

It’s whether the God who inspired Bach and Mozart is the same one who inspired Agnes Monica.

    I have my doubts.

Heh heh. Quite. The Almighty doesn’t really have the best and most brilliant batting on his side these days.

It’s legislations like this (in addition to stupid bands on yoga and the likes) that make me think that Muslims or at least the governments of Muslim majority countries are so insecure with their religion. Seriously what do you take your people for?
Even if the Christians did intend to use the word ‘Allah’ to ‘misguide’ the Muslims (which I highly doubt, I mean come on the Christians have way important problems to deal with like getting permits for their churches!), really, what are the chances that any normal educated Muslim would actually be misguided? How about the poorly educated ones you say? Here’s a suggestion, why don’t you put the time and effort to actually educate them on their faith.
I am so sick of people making stupid things, such as semantics, widen the gap between religions. Is that really the point of religion? I thought the whole point was about one’s personal relationship with his/her God. I really doubt that this God would care whether we call him/her Allah, Tuhan, Yahweh, …

    >I thought the whole point was about one’s personal relationship with his/her God.

that religion is just between a man and his God is a western/christian idea, probably came in to being due to their history with the church.
In islam, religion is not confined to only between a man and his God (this is only one part), but also about a man’s relation with his fellow humans, and even with other kinds of God’s creation.

And this kind of attitude make Muslims like andrey think they have the right to interfere in other Muslims private domain, for instance in their sex life, checking if they don’t miss shalat jum’at, if their wives are jilbabed and so on….

Why don’t you move to Malangsia or Arabia, perfect for you…

  24. diego diego Says:

    @andrey,

Your make it sounds as if religions other than islams don’t teach the “all good things” about relating to fellow human beings and other god’s creation.

Hmm…. of course we know it’s not true. Ahimsa, in hinduism, just for example, don’t you think it’s about respecting life (of others)?

The problem with islam, or should I say the islamic shariah law, in my opinion is it is too rigid… too rigid and all-encompassing that’s it not difficult to suspect that they’re man-made, suited to the interest of their authors.

Beside…, what’s with this obsession of sticking to the values from the 7th century (mohammad era) or this khilafah thing??? That’s the impression I’m getting from the arguments / speeches from the proponents of shariah laws. I wouldn’t live by the values of 7th century. What’s the point of all these growing-pains throughout eighteen centuries if we go back again to that point in time???

Another thing: the proponents of shariah law wants to install it in a nation that was built by people of all faiths, who are commited to go along together, on one common, basic values. So, this idea of installing shariah islam is like a treason to that commitment. Treason, beside lie, is the lowliest thing to do.

    @ aluang anak bayang
Yes I’m pretty sure Allah’s concern is for important stuff like whether his/her followers are doing good deeds and whether they can leave in peace with others.

    @andrey
I was trying to emphasize on the spiritual relationships as opposed to semantics. I totally agree with you on the whole point about religion also encompassing man’s relations with his fellow humans and other kinds of God’s creation. Now my question is what does copyrighting a name for God have anything to do with man’s relationship with fellow creations of God. So I guess in your view, living in harmony with others that do not share the same belief as you is not part of such relationship.
