The Five Principles of Lives was living in our country long time ago. Even the first kingdom on Indonesia exsisted. Ir. Soekarno, 1st Presiden of Indonesia, said that our principles were inside in every human being. The one and only filosofi of lives is the best basic to make a peaceful of live on earth. So please don’t mix between two culture of different civilization. Hi – I was wondering whether you could help me locate the Jakarta Post article that included SBY’s comments/speech you quoted above? Or even help me locate a copy of that SBY Pancasila speech? I’m writing a piece on the post-Suharto changes to the public presentation of the Pancasila and this would be really helpful. Thanks! Jemma

God Jemma, no offence, but what kind of a researcher are you? Took me about two seconds to find it via google – SBY urges end to debate on Pancasila’s merits. By the way, are you the Jemma who wrote Anti Chinese Violence?
