I don’t know if Barry or Barack is a “natural born citizen” or not. Neither does anyone else unless they have seen his actual birth certificate. But, what bothers me the most is the constant court decisions that no one has “standing” to force the matter except the US Congress and then only on one specific day. It smells like Bull Manure me!

Just get rid of the guy, I didn’t vote him. From the research I have undertaken i belive he is a fraud…. The american people should stand up for themselves. Any authority awarded him i do not recognize nor willingly submit to. This isn’t a dem / repub thing, this is an American or not thing. GET RID OF HIM before we start chanting “hail Obamma and clicking our heels” or adding a red star and sickle to Ol’glory. It’s coming America, just you wait watch and see. Then it will be too late.

“Either you are a US citizen or not”. In that case, Obama, born in Hawaii, is a US citizen by the 14th Amendment.

The “natural-born” provision of the constitution is probably intended to exclude people who become American citizens through naturalization. Arnold Schwartzeneggar is an American citizen, but not a natural-born citizen, since his citizenship was Austrian when he was born. The exact meaning of “natural-born” has never been tested by the supreme court, but a perfectly reasonable interpretation is “American at birth”.

There is incredible, incredible hatred here in the USA for Barry Soetoro/Barack Obama ever since the election. It is terrifying to me, everywhere I go I hear people talk openly of their hate for him…even a few black people I’ve met/overheard have been cursing him. He has divided this country like no one else ever has.

I honestly do not know if America can survive this guy, esp. since so many people now are aware that he most likely is not a native-born American. The fact that he is spending so much money NOT to have to show his documents tells everyone he is hiding something.

The news media is on his side, so they do not show what is really going on. The average man on the street is full of hate for this Soetoro guy. I have never seen the country as divided as I have now.

Obama has Javanese influences. He is a Javanese moslem which means he can be hindu, christian and moslem at the same time. His continuous slip of the tongue in regard to his religious belief confirms that. What’s more, his step-sister is part-Javanese. Sooner and very soon, the Great Mojopahit will expand and tighten his grip to include the US. The 2 countries will merge as one, and Javanese Islam will reign supreme. Any recalcitrant bule will be legs and hands shackled to be exported to the ME among the stone smoochers. The good ones will remain as sopir and tukang becak.

I can see by this thread why he is president. There are a lot of people that do not even understand our Consitution and laws. Then to top that off with stupid kids that did not study history or even understand the government. We need to split the US. It is easy to steal from others, try actually fixing the issue. What a waste. I would not waste a dime sending any kid to Harvard. Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship. This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking.

Besides, even if it were true (which I’m fairly certain it’s not), the only requisites for being President are:

1) you are a US citizen
2) you were “naturally born” as a US citizen (i.e. either born on US soil or to parents, at least one of whom is a US citizen)
3) you are over 35

Now President Obama is over 35 and was born in Hawaii. ALL people born on US territory are considered US citizens, even if they acquire another passport, unless they specifically apply to have their citizenship revoked.

Ergo, he was and remains eligible for the Presidency…except, of course, in the lurid and most probaby sexual dreams of those who are desperate to find some…ANY reason to hate him.

This post, which er was written by Purba Negoro, gets a lot of links from American blogs and forums, mainly low-brow right wing/redneck sites, because the site is called ‘Indonesia Matters’ and the author, Purba Negoro, has an Indonesian name, some people seem to assume that the article has the inside ‘dope’ on Barry, I mean Barack. Particularly when Purba wrote that Obama was born in Kenya (which he later corrected in the comments, first page), the people that link to the page seize on that and say “see!”. It’s very peculiar.

WRONG AGAIN You need to look up the meaning of this. Born to parents means NOTHING. That is why Mexicans come across the boarder and have a kid, and BAM, the kid is a US citizen!

If parents are US citizens and have the kid outside the US, NOT on US soil, then the kid is NOT a “Natural Born Citizen”.

You also might want to look at a map, and notice that Hawaii is a part of the United States. Ergo, anyone born in Hawaii is a natural born US citizen.

Obama’s father was from Kenya, yes, but Barack (Jr.) himself was born in Hawaii (US) in 1961. His family tree is available online.

My family tree is available on line too. It shows I was the first kid born on Mars.
