That according to our constitution makes him inelligible to be president. The second is his name change to soetero. He never changed his name back to obama once he returned to america. He enrolled in all 3 colleges and recieved aid in all 3 colleges as an indonesian citizen, not an american citizen so to recieve foriegn aid. That is why he will not release his official birth certificate or his college record. America has been fooled by this con artist.

My three year old can identify John McCain and Sarah Palin by both voice and photo (and swears up and down he voted for them). I volunteered my time twice a week with my local Republican office and made sure my friends knew why they were voting for the candidate they chose before hitting the polls. While many followed the hype before I spoke with them and stated they were voting for Obama, when I asked them ‘why’ and they couldn’t tell me, I begged them to do their research or not vote. They did and all ended up voting for McCain. Bottom line… my blood runs ruby red and Patriotism for my country runs to the bottom of my heart. Have some faith in us younger generation, we are not all mindless zombies. BTW.. I’m 27

Both fathers were Muslim and may have come back for them to claim them as nationals of their country and try to take them from Dunham. By registering them as USA citizens they would be protected by USA laws and would not be allowed to take them from their mother outside the USA. The state of Hawaii at that time was allowed to give COLB to anyone who was born outside the USA and territories who registered for one. Dunham may have committed this fraud to keep her kids with her in fear that her children may have been taken away by their fathers at some point during her childrens life.

1. Obama was born in Hawaii. Hawaii was controlled by the US since the early 1900s. It became a state in 1959. Obama was born in 1961, so he was born in the United States.
2. The Constitution says nothing about whether the president can be a dual citizen – the only citizenship requirements are that the candidate be a natural born citizen of the US, who’s lived in the country for at least 14 years, and who is 35 or older. If the Constitution doesn’t say anything else, the Obama doesn’t need anything else.
3. Obama is a Christian, who swore his oath on a Bible. President Abraham Lincoln’s Bible, in fact. Not that his religion matters. Senator Keith Ellison is Muslim, and the Constitution outlaws using religious beliefs as a qualification for office. So Obama could be an atheist and still be President.
So what’s your problem?

The US doesn’t allow dual-citizenship…therefore your point is invalid, you are either a US citizen or not. My son, born in Germany while I was stationed there as an American Military service man means he is a natural born citizen. When he turns 18 years old, he can choose to be a citizen of Germany, thereby giving up all rights to being a “Natural Born Citizen” of the United States.
