He’s doesn’t have the same ideals as an American citizen has and, doesn’t have the welfare of the country at heart with any new policies he makes. Still no Constitutional scholar or expert has supported the so called “De Vattel” theory that an NBC meant that a person had to have 2 citizen parents. An interview with Ron Rotunda, conservative and definately not a supporter of Obama stated in regards to Orly’s implication that he supported her efforts to remove the President of the United States shows that not only is he not a supporter or Orly, he disagrees with the so called Vattel theory and believes the President is eligible.

for Purba Negoro, it’s not that we love the Jew so much it’s that there’s only one religion that I know of in this world whose extremists shout death to the infidels. We only have one religion to fear and, hate the extremists that belong to and, that’s Islam. Therefore we will root for the Jews as it’s the extremists muslims that want to wipe them out. Other religions say live and, let live. But, not the islamic extremists. If more muslims banded together to fight against their own extremists then Islam would have a higher tolerance level. Get it?

If there’s one religion the extremist Christians hate the most, it’s Islam. And, now that Islam is on it’s way to becoming the dominant world religion, all the extremist Christians are getting their war gear on.
BTW, I was born and raised Christian and I can look around me and see first hand what I’m talking about. Prove to me that the guy next to me in class didn’t say about the Muslims: “They all should just die, then there wouldn’t be any problems, only Christians. And, that’s exactly what will happen when Jesus comes back!”

Extremist Christians are every bit as scary as any other extremist nut.

I love how everyone thinks it would be a constitutional crisis and the U.S would come to an end. Give me a break. No one is so important or irreplaceable and all laws signed in by BO can be declared null an void over night. Thank God, I’m not a Harvard grad, but it doesn’t take one to lead and direct such a transition. I could do it fairly and constitutionally in my sleep. It doesn’t take a genius to bring all of the people to justice and to declare the laws null and void.

Why would one want to declare all laws null and void, what is the justification? Is that all legislation during the administration or just the ones you don’t like Brian? How would you handle the raft of law suits and claims from business and people who have spent billions of dollars based on complaince with recent government legislation.

Just as a matter of interest, what LAW exactly did BO on his own rather than the elected members of the USA government. Pretty sure the President doesn’t wander in and just plonk down a new law on his own?

The United States State Department has stated, without any doubt, that Obama was born a Dual Citizen. One is only born once – and it is impossible to be born a Dual Citizen AND also be Natural Born (not ever to be confused with Native Born).
Our own State Department has therefor made it very clear that Obama was not Natural Born. End of story. Now all that remains is for someone to act on it.
It is like the building is on fire, everyone agrees it is on fire and yet we all pretend if we just watch the fire will go out on its own or like the fire is a good thing!
It does not matter if O was born in the White House on national TV, as long as his father was a British subject the day O was born he was born a Dual Citizen. We all know who his father was – there is no question about it. The Birth Certificate is a giant smoke screen.
He is still a Dual citizen as far as anyone can see. Even Arnold Schwarzenegger has at least sworn an oath to this country when he became naturalized – Obama could not even be called on to defend the flag – if he was drafted he could just claim his British birthright.
To summarize – there are several types of citizenship the US recognizes (nothing to do with the laws of foreign powers)
Natural Born (both parents are US citizens – natural born or naturalized at time of birth) – the location of the birth is not even relevant as the Congress showed with John McCain.
Naturalized – Foreigner takes an oath and becomes a citizen
Dual – One parent US citizen and the other not (fathers citizenship being historically more important)
These three types are mutually exclusive – you can not be more than one!
Per the United States State Department Obama is a Dual Citizen – totally ineligible to be President. I doubt we will see him run for a second term. He should be in prision if this is correct (which it is).

I challenge any Obama defender to show me the State Department considers him to have been Natural Born. Ask the man himself – he will not respond.

As for the interesting world you live in, I am not sure on the citizenship issues there but on this planet..

Children born on U.S. soil automatically acquire American citizenship for life. The 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution guarantees USA citizenship at birth to almost all individuals born in the U.S. or in U.S. jurisdictions, according to the principle of Jus Soli.

You can also find the actual explanation of Dual Citizenship (no it does not apply to BO) on the USA GOVT Immigration website..

I love how you talk about citizenship but don’t dare to say he is natural born. I never question his birth or his citizenship. THE US (that is the United States) State Department ruled recently he (Obama) was a dual citizen at birth (so am I).
End of story, I don’t care where he was born or if he is a citizen. He is not natural born, he is a dual citizen. If you can explain why the State Department is wrong and how you can be both Natural born and a Dual citizen knock yourself out. I for one am too tired to argue with someone who does not even know the most basic terms being discussed. Nice smokescreen though, if I were 5 years old. Some are not as dumb as you think. You will never convince me unless you can find another father for Obama.
