Secondly, it may have passed in the house. But you really must be slow to think that 3/4 of them nazis in the House arent bought and paid for buy special interest groups. Polls show right now that 70-80% of US citizens do NOT want Obamacare. And if it was so justified and all that like they are touting it around as. Answer me why they need 16,000+ IRS agents to enforce said Obamacare?? When the hell did the IRS have something to do with healthcare?!
Oh and by the way, I am not racist. I would be saying the same no matter what color his skin is.

well, doggone we’ve got ourselves a real shocker here! it seems that the percentage of americans that think “obamacare” is too left-wing is, well, a slightly smaller percentage of the population than voted for McCain in 2008. OH MAH GAWD!

I am not really that into USA domestic squabbles,other than for comic relief and read only snippets in the news from time to time. Contrary to their belief most of the world couldn’t care less about who is President, as OB as demonstrated little changes.
On the domestic side, I could understand that some would be upset by the potential rise in taxes for compulsary health care, how that morphs into “Chicken Little, the sky is falling hysteria” is beyond me. Not really so radical, its a diluted copy of health care used by the majority of western nations (and Indonesia) for that matter.
It would seem that ensuring access to basic medical care for every person would be fairly core role of the government in any civilised nation. Not sure how that equates to Nazi’s, did I miss the gas ovens or mass murders.
In fact, as far as radicial changes goes, Ol Obama must be a bitter disappointment to left, pretty much a watered down Bill Clinton without the charisma.

March 25th, 2010 at 9:47 pmActually Obama’s been more successful in his first 2 years than Clinton was. Clinton was completely ineffectual until he lost congress. We’ll see if Obama is cut from the same cloth, but I think in all likelihood we’ll think of Obama as a more strategic Clinton without the personal issues, but who isn’t as adept at political improvisation (at which Clinton was a genius).
But it’s good to remember that Clinton also brought out the nutball hysteria on the right. Pretty amazing that they simply can’t tolerate a center-left president who follows 75% of the same policies as a given center-right president. Like I said, not rational.

There’s no Left or Right, there’s only puppets that create the illusion of two opposing parties, while in reality they are on the same team. There has not been a truly elected by the people President for at least that long. It’s all theater, a play. And your voting makes little difference, as they (the behind-the-scenes wizards) will make it look like anything they need to create the effect they want.

And yes, the KKK is still around, though there’s not much of it left. There are, however, plenty of militias and other crazies. The popular and legitimate election of a black democrat seems to have sent them all in a tizzy.

An Indonesian online newspaper, Indonesia Matters, had stated directly after the 2008 presidential election that Obama had been born in Kenya. In 2009 the article was scrubbed from the internet, although it has reappeared along with a Facebook page with a link to it which refers to Obama as “Barry Soetoro.”
Of course Purba admitted his mistake about the Kenya thing on the first page, and ‘scrubbed from the internet’, that rumour started when the site went down for about 10 hours MONTHS ago, somebody posted a comment on a blog “see!!! they’ve pulled the page/site, it’s a conspiracy!!!”….

A lot of people don’t seem to have any sense that this a valid issue, so I want to point out that there is actually a sensible REASON our forefathers put this clause into the Constitution and the reason is what is important: We MUST have a president who is a natural born citizen to ensure that the man who is elected to be the leader of our country and is entrusted to have the most powerful influence by reason of his office, has absolute loyalty and fidelity to the Constitution, total commitment to the citizens of the United States and will demonstrate unwavering allegiance to The United States of America. Such a man can better be trusted to do nothing damaging to our strength or economy, do nothing to endanger our Constitutionally protected freedoms or promote polices that make us vulnerable to our enemies.
Anyone who has divided loyalties is a danger to this country and to those principles.
This president is demonstrating his divided loyalties through the polices and laws that he is implementing. As a result, our strength and defenses are being weakened, making us vulnerable to our enemies, our economy is being devastated and our liberties are being ravaged. “Csars” have been integrated into this administration, and to what purpose? To prepare us to accept another form of government based on dictatorship and titles?
I propose an amendment to the Natural Born Citizen clause: That any nominee to public office who shall represent the citizens of the United States be required by law to produce and publish infallible proof of not only United States citizenship but of home based education as well, to ensure that they are not being influenced by foreign entities and being groomed for positions of power whereby they may have the potential of taking us down.
I fear however, that we have been negligent too long in these matters, and that it will require a vast negation of those harmful influences which have already infiltrated our educational institutions and governments in order to restore truth and liberty.

Home based education. OMG, what kind of nonsense is this! Does this also mean that any US citizen with a postgraduate degree from a university outside the USA will be considered having been groomed for positions of power and hence constitutes a danger? Or that children of diplomats born and/or educated in a foreign country should be excluded from public office?

April 15th, 2010 at 5:22 pmMy question remains: Is the child of a diplomat or military personnel and his/her spouse, both American citizens on duty in a foreign country and thus sent there by the US government, a natural born citizen or not? If not then the US Constitution penalizes the children of its own citizens for performing their patriotic duty.

These birthers just won’t enter the domain of reality. For example, the person above you who thinks there’s a constitutional provision that both one’s parents have to be US citizens for a child to be “natural-born.” In fact the constitution says nothing about what it means to be “natural-born,” while constitutional law has defined this either as as “being born on US soil” or “being born to natural-born US citizens.”
