   hehehe, who does dramatise the kissing as it is to whom?

   Why not allocate the budget to pursue sex education as mandatory for all high schools in Tangerang instead of publishing such a stupid dramatic idiotic regulation?

   I miss this..
   Quites some time ago, once I heard a friend saying somewhere on the north west side of Jakarta there is a village where girls above 20 years old were consider old goose. What they did was that by evening each day they would gather all those below 18 years old and seated in an arena where people will come by and take their pick. They sell “karcis masuk” Rp1000. and valid for one pick that last 15 minutes. When times up those satpam will come searching with torch lights to get them back.
   I am trying to find out where actually tht place was and I guess tht would be a best place to catch those smooching…bet you could get more there than anywhere else..how nice.
